We collect your contact information when you place orders on our website. The information gathered is for use by Hands-on Technologies LLC only.  We do not sell or rent this information to any third parties.  There are 3 exceptions to the above rule:
1) Orders placed for SSL Certificates are passed to the SSL Provider
2) Orders placed for Domain Names are passed to an ICANN Accredited Registrar
3) Orders placed for 3rd Party Software such as X-Cart, are provided to these companies to register your purchased product.

Mailing List

All our customers are automatically subscribed to our newsletter. Newsletters are sent on a monthly basis and may contain important information regarding your account, your server or new features at Hands-on.  There are instructions for how to unsubscribe and stop receiving these announcements at the bottom of every announcement made.
