• Hardware Monitoring - We ensure that your server hardware is performing as expected, and will repair or replace defective components as required.
• On-Demand Reboots - Reboot your server anytime you like with the click of a button in your client area.
• Unlimited Operating System Reinstalls - We will reinstall your server using the Operating System of your choice, as many times as necessary.
• Bandwidth - Most servesr include up to 10 terabytes of bandwidth usage per month (Pentiums include 7.5 TB).

While it's always important to maintain a current personal backup of your dedicated server, sometimes the unexpected happens. In times of emergency, we offer an optional r1Soft Backup Service that can back up your data on an hourly basis. We also offer a Remote cPanel Backup Service for servers with cPanel, that can store an off-site copy of your cPanel accounts automatically on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.

We also make it easy to maintain a local copy of your files. Using the optional cPanel control panel you can easily download a compressed copy of your website files, MySQL databases, or an entire cPanel account for local storage, anytime you like. We'll help you quickly recover your stored backup whenever you may need it.

Unlike standard web hosting, with a dedicated server you have full control over everything, including root shell (SSH) access! This means if you want your server configured differently from how we provide it, you have that ability. You can also install additional plugins or other system software.

You can reboot your server from within your client area. You also have the option of adding cPanel to create, modify or remove accounts, as well as make many other changes to your server.
